Dear Hotel Madrid

The location was really central! Staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was super modern and the soundproofing for the busy Gran Via was perfect! A really comfortable, clean room with a great bathroom and a comfy bed. Will absolutely be staying again - we loved it!

Location

Absolutely everything. They upgraded us to their nicest room with windows overlooking Madrid in every direction and two huge outdoor terraces. The room was beautifully decorated and felt very luxurious. We loved the rooftop bar. A nice crowd and atmosphere even though it was November. Breakfast was amazing. On the top floor, in the tower, with all kinds of continental breakfast, Spanish delicacies and treats and to top it off also hot cooked options made to order. Paula at the reception was very kind and friendly. We felt at home. In fact everyone at the hotel was very friendly and fun. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere, but there’s also a metro stop. Very easy to take a taxi to the airport.

Staff were beyond accommodating. The property was exceptionally clean. The location was fantastic - right next to the metro, on the Main Street too. Air con worked fine, the rooms were very spacious. The beds were large. Everything was walkable distance.

This hotel was perfect for us. Fantastic location close to all the sites and right by a metro station (we walked most places but was handy for the airport and the football stadiums and retiro park). Paula and all of the reception staff were so friendly and helpful as was the concierge and the staff by the pool. Having a pool to use when it has been 40 degrees has been fantastic. So nice to be able to go for a swim after a hot day of sightseeing and fabulous views. The room was bright and clean and very comfortable with all of the facilities we required. It was also useful to be able to fill up water bottles from the machines. Highly recommend for a perfect stay in Madrid.
